These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eucalyptus Dev's services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Eucalyptus Dev provides web development, design, and digital strategy services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.
2. Project Process
Our standard process includes:
- Initial consultation and discovery
- Project proposal and agreement
- Design and development phases
- Review and revision cycles
- Final delivery and launch
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. Eucalyptus Dev retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
- Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
5. Limitation of Liability
Eucalyptus Dev's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
